By placing a booking, you are confirming you have read & understood the below Terms & Conditions.
Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all complimentary gift vouchers issued as part of a promotion, community sponsorship, or charitable donation (e.g. to sports clubs, schools, events, and fundraisers). These vouchers are not for sale and carry specific restrictions separate from regular, paid gift vouchers.
1. Validity & Expiry
Complimentary vouchers are valid for 12 months from the issue date unless otherwise stated.
Expired vouchers will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Usage Conditions
Vouchers are single-use only and must be surrendered upon redemption.
No change or credit will be given for any unused portion.
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
48 hours notice must be provided for cancellations of booking or voucher will be forfeited.
A $30 no show charge will be applied for any reduction in booking numbers notified within 48 hours.
3. Booking Requirements
Vouchers must be used in conjunction with a booking, and the voucher must be mentioned at the time of booking.
Bookings are subject to availability and standard booking policies apply.
A credit card hold will be required to hold all bookings, and a no show charge may be applied to any cancellation within 48 hours.
4. Restricted Days & Times*
To ensure fairness and manage peak trading times, vouchers cannot be redeemed:
On public holidays or long weekends
On special event days (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, New Year’s Eve)
During December 1st – January 15th (peak season blackout)
For bookings after 5:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays or all day Sundays.
*Management reserves the right to decline voucher use during exceptionally busy periods or at their discretion.
5. Minimum Spend / Conditions per Voucher Type
Some vouchers may specify a minimum spend or set value (e.g. “$50 off your total bill”). This must be met for the voucher to be valid.
Any gratuity is excluded.
6. Transfers & Resale
Vouchers are not transferable or to be resold. Only the original recipient or their designated representative may use them.
Vouchers was won at an Auction or as a Prize, the winners details must be notifed to Mr Walker by the organisation of the receiving sponsorship to validate the voucher.
Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
7. Verification
All vouchers must be presented in physical or digital form with visible voucher number or code.
Staff may request identification or verification to confirm the voucher is valid and has not been duplicated or used.
